We Can’t Do it Without You! You’re invited to volunteer for the 7th Annual South Shore Dockside Food and Wine Festival on Saturday, October 18th, 2008 from 11:00AM to 10:00PM at the South Shore Harbour Resort and Marina. This year’s Festival is bigger and better than ever before – more wine, more food, more entertainment, more exhibitors and best of all, more fun! In addition, we have expanded the Festival weekend to include the League City Rotary’s Wine & Dine featuring an, “Exciting Las Vegas Night!” on Friday, October 17th from 7-11PM in the South Shore Harbour Crystal Ballroom. In appreciation of your time, all Volunteers are invited to be our guest at the Wine & Dine. It’s a great opportunity to mingle and get acquainted with other Festival participants, Volunteers, Chamber and Rotary Members and everyone who makes the Festival a great success every year. Be a part of the exciting Festival kick-off event!

The Tangible Benefits of Volunteering

• A 100% cotton exclusive Volunteer T-Shirt depicting the new Festival artwork (it will be something you can wear again)
• A Festival pass and lanyard (suitable for collecting)
• One VIP Festival Admission Ticket (includes glass & tasting tickets for use after your shift)
• One complimentary ticket to the League City Rotary’s Wine & Dine featuring an, “Exciting Las Vegas Night!” on Friday, October 17th from 7-11PM in the South Shore Harbour Crystal Ballroom (we’ll get you in, fed and some tasting tickets - the Las Vegas part is up to you)
• One entry into a drawing for one of twenty five official Festival posters signed by the artist (suitable for framing)
• Reserved parking on a space available basis (first come, first served)
• All the bottled water you can drink (get your eight glasses in while you volunteer)
