Wine Steward	A Wine Steward serves wine to guests in one of four wine Pavillions	4 Hours
Bartender	A Bartender serves beer, water and soft drinks in the Here's the Beer Pavillion, the East End Bar or the West End Bar	4 Hours
Grape Stomp	Grape Stompers supervise the Grape Stomp competition	6 Hours
Ticket Sales	A Ticket Seller sells tickets and distributes wine glasses and punch tickets at the Main Gate, West Gate or the Harbour Club Circle Gate	4 Hours
Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration	Check-in Sponsors and Exhibitors at the West Gate Festival Entrance on Friday and Saturday	4-6 Hours
Volunteer Registration	Volunteers checking-in Volunteers at the Volunteer Tent prior to their shift	10 Hours
Roadie	A Roadie assists Sponsors, Exhibitors and Staff in setting up & breaking down the Festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday	4-6 Hours
Stage Hand	Stage Hands assist the bands on the Main Festival Stage or the East Stage	6 Hours

Release, Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement

South Shore Dockside Food & Wine Festival
October 17-19, 2008

The Registrant listed above, binding my heirs, executors, administrators, estate and assigns, do hereby agree to completely and wholly release, indemnify and hold harmless the South Shore Dockside Food & Wine Festival, the League City Chamber of Commerce, American National Insurance Company and 1859-Historic Hotels, Ltd, its officers, agents, independent contractors and employees for any and all claims, damages, harm, personal injury, including death, property damage, lawsuits and judgements, including court costs, expenses and reasonable attorney's fees, and all other expenses resulting from the activities, programs and events occuring on Friday, October 17, Saturday, October 18, and Sunday October 19, 2008 of the South Shore Dockside Food & Wine Festival.

It is the understanding of all parties that this release, indemnity and hold harmless agreement shall apply whether or not the claims, damages, harm, personal injury, including deaths, property damage, lawsuits, judgements, court costs, attorney's fees or any other expense arise from the negligence of whatever nature, omissions, willful or intentional acts of the vendors or vendor's officers, agents, employees, independent contractors, other representatives, invites, licensees or guests.

you have given is true and correct, you have read, understand
and agree to the Release, Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement
above and that you are 21 Years of age or older
