The League City Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 7th Anniversary South Shore Dockside Food & Wine. This annual celebration is scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2008, from 11 am until 10 pm. Admission is $24 a person and includes a souvenir wine tasting glass and five tasting tickets.

Just 20 minutes south of downtown Houston, the festival is traditionally held on the grounds of the beautiful South Shore Harbour Resort & Marina, located on the south side of Clear Lake in League City, Texas. Festival Producers strive to stage a first class atmosphere for all guests to experience. Various themed wine pavilions help create an ambiance of elegance by featuring wines from all over the globe. Ongoing live entertainment will please the crowd and set the mood for a spectacular festival. Additionally, guests will be treated to distinctive cuisine from popular local eateries, culinary demonstrations, high end artists and exhibitors, and automobile, boat and yacht displays.
